Chapter 01 · The engineer
Ten years of shipping production code.
React, Next.js and TypeScript, mostly. I've built UI kits from scratch: date pickers, drawers, toasts, the components a whole product quietly depends on. That's where I learned that details are the product.
Chapter 02 · The base
Dubai, with a front-row seat.
I live and work in Dubai. I get to watch the regional startup scene up close and see how teams here are actually putting AI to work, not just talking about it.
Chapter 03 · The channel
One dev, one camera, one rule.
In 2024 I started MaksDevInsights. The rule: only show what I've built and tested myself. Open-source e-commerce stores, 3D browser games, an AI receptionist that books real appointments, an AI second brain.
Chapter 04 · The builder
I ship with the tools I talk about.
Reviewing tools is half the job. The other half is building with them. Right now that's Yieldlens, an AI analytics tool for Dubai real-estate investors, built with the same stack I cover on the channel.
